COMMUNITY & SUPPORT / VERIFIED CHANNELS ONLY
Where the community actually lives.
Every channel on this page is operated by the project. Anything claiming to be Blackcoin support that is not listed here — especially an unsolicited direct message — should be treated as an impersonation attempt.
READ THIS FIRST / SAFETY RULES
Support will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet file, passwords, or any credentials — under any circumstances. Moderators will not direct-message you first. Nobody legitimate will offer to "validate", "synchronize", or "migrate" your wallet for you. If a message asks for any of these things, it is a scam: do not reply, and report it. Report security vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] (see the security policy) — never in public channels.

Community guidelines
- Be civil. No harassment, hate, or personal attacks — disagree about the work, not the person.
- No spam or shilling. No price talk, pump groups, referral links, airdrop bait, or unsolicited promotion.
- Keep support in public channels. Real help happens where others can see and correct it; nobody legitimate needs a DM.
- Never share secrets. Seed phrases, private keys, and wallet files never belong in chat — not even to "get help".
- Report impersonation. Flag fake mods, lookalike accounts, and scam DMs so the team can act.
Moderation enforces these in good faith to keep the space useful and safe. Report security issues privately to [email protected].
Start here, by task
- Watch the chain: the live observatory and explorer.
- Run or test a node: the release record, then verify before installing.
- Build on the data: the public API, the agent interface.
- Evaluate custody: Blackcoin Keystone, the deposits-disabled reference core.
- Prepare for migration: the migration timeline and chain identity.
