Support will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet file, passwords, or any credentials. Moderators will not direct-message you first. Nobody legitimate will offer to "validate", "synchronize", or "migrate" your wallet for you. If a message asks for any of these things, it is a scam: do not reply, and report it. Report security vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] under the security policy. Keep vulnerability details out of public channels.

Community guidelines

  • Be civil. Discuss the work without harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
  • No spam or shilling. No price talk, pump groups, referral links, airdrop bait, or unsolicited promotion.
  • Keep support in public channels. Public support lets others review the advice. Report vulnerabilities privately through the security contact.
  • Never share secrets. Keep seed phrases, private keys, and wallet files out of chat.
  • Report impersonation. Flag fake mods, lookalike accounts, and scam DMs so the team can act.

  4. Evaluate custody logic: Blackcoin Keystone, the deposits-disabled, targeted regression-tested reference. It is not independently audited; do not use it with customer funds.
