How Gold Rush credits work.
Protocol V4 records Gold Rush activity in a separate accounting ledger anchored to Blackcoin blocks. Gold Rush credits are synthetic, non-Merkle and phase-locked.
They are not spendable base-layer outputs, exchange deposits, or circulating supply during the current phase. Do not migrate ordinary value during Gold Rush.
DATA VERIFICATION
How the site verifies chain data.
Each snapshot identifies its source, block, and verification time.

Protocol V4 implements an ML-DSA-44 migration path. This implementation is not FIPS-validated or certified. Security still depends on source identity, randomness, storage, backup, integration, consensus, and operational evidence.
